Installation Day
No subcontractors. Tecate Roofing & Maintenance crews, Tecate Roofing & Maintenance equipment, Tecate Roofing & Maintenance supervision. A project manager checks in throughout the day and does a quality inspection before cleanup begins.
Inspection & Cleanup
Our project manager inspects the finished roof against the manufacturer checklist. You get a written workmanship warranty from Tecate Roofing & Maintenance plus the manufacturer warranty registered directly with GAF, Owens Corning, or CertainTeed.
